Are there any known side effects?
Extreme Power Plus - There are no known side effects. But for the first couple of days you may experience a "jittery" or "nervous" feeling (this is normal). This is only because you are introducing something new to your body and it needs time to adjust. After a couple of days this feeling should go away and leave you with a natural energy feeling.

Is there an age limit for taking the products?
Extreme Power Plus - Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent and should consult a physician.

How much weight will I lose and how long will it take?
Extreme Power Plus - Everyone's system is made up differently. So, the amount of weight loss will vary from person to person. Some will lose weight faster than others depending on their body makeup. The key is consistency. Taking 2 capsules a day, every day should bring you great results.

Does Extreme Colon Cleanse work as a laxative?
No. This product is designed to clean and regulate the system, but is not as harsh as a laxative.

Can I take these products along with any other medications?

Will any of these products keep me awake at night?
Extreme Power Plus - There are stimulants in these products but they should not keep you up unless you take them in the afternoon. You need to take them early enough to give them time to get out of your system. If you are taking the second capsule at the recommended time, 3:00PM and this is altering your sleep, then you may consider taking it earlier such as 2:00 or 2:30PM.
